I often get up in

I often get up in the night and put the liniment on a sore foot. It radiates coolness, and I can get back to sleep.

Awesome for pain

Works amazing on sore aching muscles. Works for long periods of time. I even broke 2 ribs, however it didn't take all the pain away it sure made the pain tolerable. I would highly recommend. My husband calls it the fountain of youth. My mother-in-law even got relief for the first time from her arthritis.

This is a good, gentle, pleasant smelling liniment. I find it easy to use, as a roll on, and convenient to take with me when needed. I use it mostly on my shoulders before and after yoga.
