Carried in a gentle apricot oil base, this blend absorbs smoothly and becomes a comforting part of your bedtime ritual.

For sleep support, our traditional practice is to apply the oil to the palms of the hands and soles of the feet at bedtime.
For daytime or situational anxiety, apply to the palms, cup the hands over the nose and mouth, and inhale slowly to promote calm and grounding.
